Fruit Dip

1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
1 (8oz) jar marshmallow cream

In microwave, heat both ingredients for about 30 seconds. Mix well and serve with fruit.

Always a favorite at parties and showers.

I made this for a get together this past weekend. Watch the marshmallow creme in the microwave. Fun stuff!

More About Me

I am a stay at home wife and mother of two children. I love to cook and create recipes. I guess you could even say finding good recipes is a hobby on mine. I love a good Cook Book, problem is, I don't always like all of the recipes. I'm fascinated with the Food Network Channel, but I don't always have all the ingredients they use. I always follow a recipe the first time I try it. The next time, I try making it easier and my own. I've figured out how to improvise on ingredients and re-create dishes from our favorite restaurants (at least to our liking). I love cooking and thought it would be nice to document and share some of my favorite eats, finds, re-creations, and recipes. Hope you enjoy.
