Aunt Faye's Ham Glaze

1 cup brown sugar
1 cup brown vinegar
*1/2 cup water
1 cup ketchup
1/4 ground cloves
1/4 mixed spices

Boil and pour over ham 30 to 40 minutes before done.

can add cloves to top of ham with pineapple slices


*note: I use pineapple juice instead of the water
