20 large Marshmallows, cut in 4 pieces
2 tsp. instant coffee, diluted in 1/2 cup of boiling water
1 cup of heavy cream
1/4 tsp. vanilla
Mix marshmallows and coffee. Slowly cook until marshmallows are melted. Cool. Add 1 cup of heavy cream, whipped with 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla.
Pour into individual cups and refrigerate.
